DARTECH Software Return Policy

Should you find it necessary to return a product to DARTECH, the following guidelines must be adhered to:

  1. All returns must be pre-authorized by DARTECH, Inc. Refunds will not made on unauthorized returns.
  2. Products not purchased directly from DARTECH must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.
  3. Returned products must be complete of ALL components (CD, manuals, software carton, etc.) that comprised the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-DARTECH product / component returns.
  4. Returns in the United States must be received by DARTECH within 35 days after the date DARTECH ships the product to you. Returns for shipments from DARTECH to locations outside the United States must be received by DARTECH within 60 days after the date DARTECH ships the product.
  5. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
  6. To receive a RMA #, contact DARTECH, Inc. by e-mail at Support@DARTPro.com. You will be given the RMA # and the address for the return. DARTECH suggests that you return the package with a carrier that has a reliable tracking system as DARTECH will not make a refund until it receives the package.
  7. Upon receipt of an authorized return, DARTECH will provide a refund to you, less shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.
  8. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. If you purchased by check, DARTECH will send you a check. If you purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund to appear on your account or to receive a check by mail.
