The first place to look for answers is in the on-line help files from the Help pull down menu while running the DART software, or in the DART manual. If you do not have a manual contact us at Support@DARTPro.com and we can send one. Also use the FAQ Pages especially for older products.

We will try to respond as quickly as possible but depending on circumstances it may take some time especially if we are busy or you have a question that requires some research on our part. Not all questions are easily answered.
We have added some information about how to obtain Unlock codes anytime on-line. Go to the Re-Unlock page to get a fresh Unlock Code. You will need the email address and ZIP code you used when you bought the product from us along with the computer id code found on the Unlock panel under the Help pull down menu.
If you bought a CD version of the software from a reseller make sure you register DART with us. Go to the Register page to register the software on-line. You need to be registered to get support or the latest upgrades or a new Unlock Code. Those who bought from us directly are automatically registered.
If you have changed your email address or ZIP code please go to the Re-Register page to update that information.
